I turn on the hose to water the flowers and I find my kids standing on the other side of the window...waiting. Then, just when my back is facing them, I do an 180 and fire away, bulls-eye on their face. Every time. E-v-e-r-y time.
It started when Emma was 4, in an attempt to freak her out one day. But ever since that day (which did freak her out, but followed with "do it again!"), it has become a ritual. Hope knows no different as it's been happening ever since she could stand on her own.
And every time, I pretend like I don't see them waiting....and every time they shriek, squeal, and laugh like they just wet their pants. humm, wet their pants? nice one.
