Sometimes a parent's day doesn't start until the footed pajama duo are tucked into bed. For me, once 8:31 rolls around, out comes my list and it's time to get crackin'.
Tonight it was ceiling paint touch ups in the hallway right outside the girl's bedrooms.
10:03 and I start to hear some knocking noises come from Hope's crib rails. Tip-toe as I work, trying to be very very quiet.
Out of the blue, I am serenaded with a little two year voice from the other side of the door...
ingle wells, ingle wells, ingle all the waaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyy,
oh wat fun it sis to ride, one hor-oh-in-sayyyyyyyyyyy!
I love a good 10 o'clock Jingle Bells.
And just in case you were wondering, it's been a "silent night" ever since verse two. :)
